Excellent local service and at a reasonable cost. Our PC was ridiculously slow after we installed Windows 11 and had problems with connecting our wifi. Alex backed up our files so everything was safe, installed a new drive and sorted out all our issues. Our PC is now super fast. Thank you!

I called this Company blind, I knew nothing about them, but l needed someone local, and I'm very pleased I did . It was clear from the start that Alex knew his subject , he sorted out my laptop issues quickly , explained what he'd done in clear and simple terms , and his charges were very reasonable . Alex at Reed Repairs has made a brilliant job of repairing my computer. It went in with an Outlook express problem which he sorted out quickly. In running some diagnostics test he found my hard drive was likely to crash anytime losing all my data. He therefore replaced the drive transfering all my data over. His communication keeping me up to date with things was also excellent. The computer is now running so much faster, I am well pleased with the job he has done. The cost of all the work & parts were very reasonable as well. Nothing but praise for a job well done

Helpful, prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I dropped off my Razerblade laptop that had a damaged screen and it was prompted diagnosed. I, also, had the internals serviced (cleaned out and thermal paste reapplied) and the battery replaced at the same time as the price was better than I expected. They, also, provided some helpful computer advice. Laptop is like new again.

After my laptop had started running very slowly I took it to Alex at Reed Repairs. He quickly sorted out the laptop by reinstalling it and even put all my data back on there aswell all for a very resonable price. Highly recommend!
